Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Radiant Ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Products must be in the same condition as received

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
   

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or used beauty/skincare products

• Personal care items

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items
   

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
 

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
